GFUN is solely responsible for the maintenance, support, and ongoing updates for the app.4. Warranty
The app is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.5. Product Claims
GFUN, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including:- Product liability
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Consumer protection claims
